I worked with John during the Camden Mechanical Responsive & Capital Partnership, and found his approach as a client representative to be collaborative and approachable. Cathe led an Improvement Team assisting the turnaround and improvement at The Old Deanery Nursing Home in Essex. She oversaw the redevelopment of the service policies and procedures, governance review, and care practice improvements amongst other duties. Her role within the improvement team was a vital and effective one…ensuring safe working practices and contributing to the successful turnaround of the service. Cathe’s leadership was central to contributing to the overall improvement of communication and professional responsibility across the service and organisation.

I have worked with John on a number of sites where he has made significant changes and improvements. I have always found John to be very knowledgeable and to be clear in what he is looking to achieve both internally and from suppliers. He is without doubt one of the best estate managers I have had the pleasure of working with over the last 20 years.
